EndorseDesk is a digital service. Nothing physical is ever shipped; this page describes how results are delivered instead.

1. Nature of the service

EndorseDesk turns a change-request email into a carrier-ready field sheet and email request, and checks it against your declarations page with code and a second AI model before you send it. There are no physical goods, packaging or postage involved at any point.

2. What you receive, and how

Results are delivered two ways, both digital:

• Dashboard: signed-in results appear in your account as soon as they're ready, with a download link for each output.
• API: if you use the API, an agency's own tool submits a change-request email and a declarations page and polls for the cited field sheet, the carrier email and the list of items to check.

A result is delivered only after the second-model review has run. If it could not run, nothing is delivered and the credits are returned to your balance.

Outputs produced: Pre-send check and portal field sheet: each value with the line of the email it came from, and the items to check listed at the top (PDF and Word) and in the data (JSON); Carrier email request to copy: the subject and body only, with placeholders to fill in; the PDF and Word files name its lines to confirm (text; also in the PDF, Word and JSON files).

3. Turnaround time

Results are produced automatically; turnaround depends on document size and model availability. There is no fixed delivery window, but every job's status and stage are visible in your dashboard, and we notify you as this product describes: Job finished email with the number of items to check; Job failed email when a request could not be drafted.

4. Access to results

Results stay available for download for as long as we retain the underlying job's files — see retention in our privacy policy. Each dashboard row shows exactly how long its files will be kept.

5. API access

Programmatic access uses an API key you generate in the dashboard. There is no separate "shipping" step for API results: the same job record and download URLs are available through GET requests once the job finishes.

6. Account and access

You need a EndorseDesk account (email + password, or a supported social sign-in) to submit work and receive results. No shipping address is collected or required.
